Breakdown Assist is a trading name of QDOS Insurance Services who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We have been trading since 2007 as an Insurance Intermediary, and started selling insurance directly to the public over the internet in February 2011.
A lot of what we do is virtual, over the internet. We aim to explain everything to you in plain English so that you can make an informed choice about whether or not the policy is suitable for you without speaking to us. However, we also want to be approachable for those of you who want to talk to us. So what you see on line is supported by a strong team of people.
