Re: Brexit Bounces too

I'll vote for the Brexit Party (even though Nigel is a bit of a spiv).

I've voted for two mainly anti-EU parties in my life - Referendum Party in 1997 and UKIP a few times. Plus I voted Green a few times in the 1990s when they had a party policy of leaving the EU!

Re: I am soooooooo sexist

It is not a big job at the moment as they do not have many MPs I. Remember the Huhne/Clegg leadership race when the yellow peril had about 50 seats. Then they lost many big names - although Swinson and Davey got their seats back.

I'd go for Swinson as something different.

Re: Brexit Bounces too

A bit like the those who support a football club and go to enjoy the game and those who support the club but hope for a punch up after watching the game. Mr Farage is good at what he does. Yes twisting...

Yes, congratulations are due to the England and Wales cricket team, captained by some Irishman with a Welsh surname. :)
He does have an English mother so is half English! He played in the 2007 World Cup for Ireland.

Re: Brexit Bounces too

The EU (as a big trading block) do free trade agreements which give powers to large companies to take over state assets. I have no idea why Greens rtc are suddenly huge EU fans. TTIP - the US-EU trade was being negotiated in secret until talks were suspended, and they will probably restart negotiati...

Re: Comp Who will win the Ashes series?

I thought it would 3-0 to Aus with Smith in the team - but Ben Stokes ruined my entry!

Re: The BBC is to axe its Red Button teletext service

It's very basic now. I use it to get the cricket scores and the local weather maps are very good.

The old teletext was great - it was the end of an era when it ended in 2009.
