The time involved in submitting a HCP is probably more cost effective than the time involved in doing recurring clicks for coppers. Strange comparison when people can do both if they wish. The 1% they add on you quote is their minimum enhancement. It gets higher the more you use them.

The time involved in submitting a HCP is probably more cost effective than the time involved in doing recurring clicks for coppers.

How does that help this website? You have to go to the competitor to get the HCP cashback in the first place. Meaning that all imutual will be doing is sending more business through to the competitor. (As moneysavers will always get more cashback using a site that pays a cash bonus on top of the HCP...
