Rejected "by Nationwide"?
Nationwide don't award the cash back to you. You need to address your claim to imutual.

Err...no
Imutual make the claim to NW, they choose to reject it
Imutual don''t reject a claim
As your learned friend , Richard Frost posted Make a claim under the Cashback guarantee

I tried the cashback guarantee, IMUTUAL WANTED LOTS OF PROOF. every obsticle put in my way. gave up in the end. Guarantee not worth the paper its printed on. Yet has worked for me before. someone got it wrong or telling porkies me thinks. have no confidence in this site now.

Well, it's up to you. I claimed for this offer and got paid without any issue. If you provide sufficient proof then you should be confident of a successful outcome.

Perhaps to help others understand the problem, you could say what aspect of the requested proof you consider unreasonable?
