The Dean Koontz reference is, as Snopes says, technically a coincidence, rather than a prediction.

Where's the first picture from? That reads more like a prediction.

Everyday/week/month/year, hundreds of predictions are made
It’s only Maths that some will be right
I’ve never seen evidence that anyone can predict the future
And this hasn’t changed my mind

2020 probably sounded like a good figure at the time. Like 1984 was chosen by George Orwell as it was 1948 when he wrote it so just twisted the last two figures round. He did was not predicting what would happen in 1984.

I predict I will have a birthday and a wedding anniversary later this year. But I may be wrong even on that, will I still be alive when the anniversary of my birth and wedding arrives? I expect to be but cannot be 100% sure.

Over recent years there have been multiple pandemics - SARS, Bird Flu, Swine Flu, Corona. There are 2 common facts behind each of these virus'. 1 - Flu like symptoms; 2 - Started in China.

There is a lot of mistrust around the Chinese government - Huawei, Xinjiang re-education camps to name but 2. With all these virus' starting in China is there a conspiracy that these virus' are man-made, albeit as a way for China to control its population - like most countries, China have an ageing population that need care in theirold age, and it is these elderly citizens who are most vulernable to such diseases; or is China developing a form of 'Viral warfare'. The release of Anthrax or Novichok would raise suspicions, but this would possibly stay beneath the rador as a deliberate attack.

More likely likely to have come from eating wild animals which still happens in poorer parts of China. I heard that a market in the area where it started was selling wild animal meat which is cheaper than domestically raised meat
