I requested payment last Monday to my bank account by BACS and it was scheduled to be made as usual today ( Friday). It is still not paid as of the time of writing tonight and showing as "Pending" on Imutual . Normally it would have been paid by 5:00 p.m.
Has anyone experienced the same "Non payment" this week ?

It's happening again. This week on Monday I requested payment which should have been paid by 5:00 p.m. today however it is still showing as Pending.
Anyone else in a similar position?

A little late this week sorry, but all payments have been processed now
Thank you for your honesty, Richard and not taking the "blame the bank" line

Hi.,
Waiting over a month now. No replies to queries or instant messages. Does anyone know if this site is still functioning?
Regards,

The site looks like has been built so that many things function without any intervention. However as noted in another thread, the site owner is not responding at all. He has not posted for months (the daily voucher code posts are automated) but his user profile suggests that he does visit the forum fairly often.
It's been clear for a long time that the owner has lost all interest - although one or two generous people remain very ready to make allowances for him.

Annoyed and disappointed that people send messages to Richard week in week out and never get a reply
