HTTP ERROR 403
Refreshing didn't cure it, but re-opening in a new window did.
Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me

Ah I see. I'm not entirely sure why this is happening but I think it's triggered when you load several pages on the site in quick succession (aimed at preventing Denial-of-service attacks on our website). It's possible that such an attack is happening at the time you get the error (we've had some throughout this year)
After a short time you should find, it's ok again. I'll see if the settings can be improved though
It could also be that our existing site (now nearly 10 years old) is placing unreasonable demands on the server, and I'm hopeful that this will be addressed when rolling out the new site early next year
