Does anyone have experience of this site?

I came across it through a linked article and it seems to have a lot of useful content - BUT, there is no indication of who runs it, etc. etc and I'm always a bit wary of that

A search on Google didn't help much either - lots of links to articles on the site, but no background info.

Looks to be content scraped/stolen from other sites. I'd avoid.
