Indexing and keys aside - 100 messages should be enough for 99.9% of the members here. Additionally, it is good GDPR policy for imutual to ensure old messages get expunged and manual housekeeping will certainly help people keep the messages they want to at the cost of those they do not.

If you need to save message then create a new folder and set your preferences on your Inbox to move them to the New folder. I have a 'Saved' folder with all the info on my outstanding transaction
