TSB interest rates are down

From May the interest rate on their Plus account will be cut by half from 3% to 1.5% :(

Probably time to switch

Still worth having vs other bank accounts if you are running a current account, by Marcus etc are all going to beat it for a lump sum and easier to manage.

The game is finally up - time to fill up the pension.

that's me down to £40.
TSB is one of several accounts that aren't really useful any more, with cashback/rewards/benefits no longer available/juicy enough.
not sure whether to start closing accounts.. or whether a provider is going to offer an incentive that makes it worthwhile to transfer accounts.
