anyone anything to add re this by any chance? i've had further blank expressions in store, followed by calls to people that can't help either. i don't understand how it can be so difficult for them.

managed to do this this year, for the first time. the points didn't appear on the app, and now have been distributed so only have a couple of pounds worth showing.. but have the receipt showing so all should be in order. customer services in Wonderful Walsall did it with no hassle at all, and seemed confused as to why it had been a problem for others.

Forgot to do this so will have missed the deadline.

Got £43 christmas saver cashback off morrisons though. Based on a x4 weekly spend of £115 out of 6 weeks. Just just under 10% return.
