snow

We are lucky in that a weather nerd (nearly became a meteorologist so it was one part of his degree but ended up a teacher. He gives us very local forecasts on FB.

This applies to all of us at the moment whether or not we get snow next week (I have not included the photo):

Just to highlight how hard snow showers are to forecast next week…here we have a French computer model showing the snow showers over the North Sea (blue=rain, green = snow) as we are in a north westerly flow, you can see the showers blowing AWAY from our location. Assuming a slight correction in forecast to a more northerly or north easterly and we could see some large snow showers coming onshore. All down to the wind direction. At the minute, much of next week looks north westerly but that can always changed. We have the cold here so be prepared! Stay tuned.
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler
