We follow a flexitarian diet so my diet is largely plant based.

Of course it is. I forgot about all the milk, yogurt, cheese and eggs I comsume :lol: :lol: :lol:

My diet is largely plant based also. Most of the food I eat comes out of one plant ( factory ) or another

Not in my house unless I have what the GP assures me is a migraine but a pathetic imitation of the real thing. I take an over the counter tablet and have a nap. Then get up and the head is better but not the stomach. So a can of fizzy drink and I burp merrily away and eventually my tum is back to normal
