Mobile Website usage problems...

Post by Boro Boy » Mon Dec 09 2019 1:17am

When I use a mobile phone to access the website all goes well until I try to carry out the daily clicks through the same method. The merchant website access via this medium do not appear to register at all...!?! Is anyone else experiencing these issues...?

I hope Richard can read this and become aware of a website shortfall.

Are you experiencing problems while still on the imutual website, or after you've clicked through to a merchant?

I can't see any problems other than the visit is never recognised or rewarded via the mobile route...

So you're definitely logged in when you click through? Which merchants is this happening for and what kind of mobile device/browser are you using?

Yes absolutely logged in. As far as sites are concerned, I can comfortly say all of them but lets say Compare Panda as this was the last site I visited via the mobile. I would be interested to see if any other member is experiencing similar issues...?

Mmmm, I'm confused then. I've checked your account and can see Compare Panda clicks and transactions recorded for every day (except one) over the last week or so :?

Visit completed, I went through a number of pages and using a mobile. The reason I chose Compare Panda is that when using a PC it will track with in a few minutes and usually definitely within an hour of visit; when that hasn't happened on a mobile visit recently I have resorted to competing it again on pc to ensure I don't miss it. I would have expected a capped entry if both entries had register and my attempts are many hours apart... Hope that helps?
