Well now that's another question. If your asking whether Biden would be any better than Trump then my answer would probably be, marginally. But that's the problem of a country where becoming president relies on you having a big pocket and has nothing to do with democracy.

Will Trump be president in December?
Yes. (barring illness, etc)
If successful, Joe Biden would be president-elect until formally sworn in in January. Until then Trump would retain all of the power and authority of the office.

Luckily, he can only serve one more term, so he'll soon be another footnote in history (if we survive).
Unfortunately, the system that put him in place will remain.
