My street was picked on the Draw Extra over the Easter weekend. I duly claimed (one of three, so a win of £10), I wrote the required review and submitted my paypal address. So far, in spite of using their Contact Us on several occasions - Nothing! Unfortunately their is no feedback column, and now no record of my win as they only give the past results for the Main Draw and Lucky Street. Anyone else been let down like this? Or found some other way to contact them?

On checking their Facebook page, it seems I'm not the only one to be disappointed. Lots of prizes never sent out.
