Hate to advertise the enemy, but TCB sell Top Gift Cards with cashback on purchase prices

Asda 2.5% cashback, Morrisons 2% cashback, Sainsburys 1% cashback.

https://www.topcashback.co.uk/top-gift-cards

Also bonuses when you claim your cashback.

Buy £100 of Morrisons Giftcards, get £2.00 cashback, claim your £2.00 cashback in Morrisons vouchers and get a 2.5% bonus, ie get a £2.05 Morrisons voucher.
Seems to be amongst the very, very few gift cards you can safely buy.
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler

our latest statement has arrived, and again mentions "Last chance for Christmas bonus".
we have until 20th October to top up. Add £200 and get a £12 bonus.
but has anyone ever been able to do this?
staff at the tills and at Customer Service, at several stores, have never known how to enable us to do this.

But of course we do our main shop at Tesco. The burger scoops up clubcard offers for out food bank donation.

My first thought might've been online only, however the FAQ says instore only, so those staff need better training. Perhaps call 0800 505 555 and ask them to ensure the correct information is cascaded down to the store you wish to use!
How can I top up my account?

You can top up your Clubcard Christmas Savers account using your own money in-store at any checkout or at the customer service desk. Currently, the only way to top up your account is in-store.

with you Sarah.. i've actually tried, admittedly without a lot of commitment, to top up the Christmas Saver for several years. the staff know nothing about it and say "with nothing to scan, there's nothing i can do". i've had staff at customer services making phone calls asking for support and saying they've been told that the people on the other end of the call have never heard of the scheme, and suggesting i write to Tesco hq.

Tesco stores can have folders for staff to use at the Customer Services desk containing the latest corporate memos, policy information and details of active promotions and campaigns, etc. It might be covered there, if they actually look...

On the team? Sorry, no, I don't work for Tesco!

Try a different store? It's presumably a function somewhere on the checkout system.
