Truss as PM.

I never thought that I would consider Johnson anything other than the worst choice.

I was wrong.

Priti Patel resigns in the last hours of Boris Johnsons Premiership on the basis that if she left it till tomorrow she would be kicked out.

However, Ms Patel - who has served as home secretary since 2019 - insisted leaving government was "her choice".

I heard a man say he thought Truss was pretty, I have always thought she was plain heading for ugly.

Weirdo, hope his hands were not in his pockets.

If he was a Tory, more likely to have his hand in somebody else's pocket...... :shifty:

Apparently Boris & Liz could not travel to Scotland together for security reasons. What a waste of money and energy. Strangely enough the plane is bringing Liz back after the kissing of hands. But there is no plane booked for Boris. Whether he has to get a scheduled flight as he is no longer Prime Minister or not, no one seems to know. Maybe he is taking a holiday up there.

Boris will do what he usually does, get a friend to loan him what he needs. In this case a private jet. So much for caring about global warming
