Quidco ClickSnap receipts must be uploaded by 10th December.

We are sorry to announce that we are closing ClickSnap and you will no longer be able to earn cashback this way. From 5th December there will be no new offers available, and you will have seven days to upload any receipts to claim your cashback from previous offers.

The last day for receipt upload will be 10th December and any transactions that meet the terms and conditions will be paid as normal. Remember any receipt upload can take up to seven days to show in your Quidco account so please do not worry if they don't show immediately.

The ClickSnap app will continue to allow receipt uploads until the 10th December. After this date the app will no longer function, and you can uninstall it from your device.

Still waiting on my refund. Confirmed 2 November; the email given in the confirmation came back undeliverable. And so far no response from the contact address on the manufacturer website.

Yep, address theflavourists@promotionhandling.com bounces back, as you say. The FAQs now specify the maximum refund value is £3.00, while the T&Cs still have the original values.

I received an e-mail from them on 7 November that said the refund would be processed within 28 days, but nothing further after that.
