Does anyone know when the hosting or domain expires?

It's 24/10/2023 for the domain. I'd be surprised if it's not auto-renewed; most domain registrars are pushing clients to agree that these days, but payment methods can still expire!

I’d expect retaining the domain registration to be a trivially small amount compared to other business costs; although hosting etc is likely to be significantly more.

No!!!!! But Richard said Kelkoo was on the back burner due to family issues or something like that. We have no idea what is happening in the real world of Richard and Sue. I can only hope that the problems they are/were facing end soon and Richard can spend time on the site. I value the forum if nothing else

Of course there are all sorts of possible reasons for months of near silence. But that very silence makes it hard to be sympathetic. How hard is it to post a short statement? He doesn't disclose anything at all about his circumstances - merely to acknowledge his absence and provide occasional updates.

which is sad to see pab. acknowledging the discussion above, i would concur. we wish Richard the best, but a very simple update, bearing in mind that a lot of us have invested many hours into this and previous sites, doesn't feel like too much to ask.

fwiw i have previously withdrawn £200 at a time. but with my balance having stalled for so long now i've just withdrawn c£173. it's disappointing, but there's no point leaving it here stagnant. i hope it will arrive in my bank account without any problems.

Last year it was delayed from the customary late December by about 3 months.

I think as a private company there is no legal obligation to have an AGM at all. The Articles (the company's constitution) contain provisions for conduct of a general meeting but also do not appear to specify that one must be held.
