I've accumulated a worthwhile USD balance in my PayPal account and will be heading to the USA in a couple of month's time.
Any ideas how I can withdraw without having to convert to GBP first?
Could be as cash or onto a prepaid card.

Googled this -- Can I withdraw different currency from PayPal?
Luckily it turns out to be easy to do. All you need to do is notify PayPal manually that you want that particular credit card to receive USD rather than EUR, and you can do this by opening a support ticket from PayPal's website.1 Oct 2022

And this - How do I change my PayPal from GBP to USD?
How do I convert my money to another currency in PayPal?
Go to Wallet.
Select More icon beside the currency you want to convert and click Convert currency.
Select a currency and enter the amount you want to convert. Our conversion rate will be displayed on this page. Click Next.
Click Convert Now.

Thanks - but you can't currently withdraw from PayPal onto UK cards - at least not any of my linked credit or debit cards.
And it's easy to convert currency in PayPal. I don't want to convert - I want to withdraw in the currency I have.
