I was worried because I remember helping my BiL build an extension in 1976 using thermalite blocks. It seems all of this blown concrete suffers from crumbling, but the really serious ones were where it was used in pre-cast reinforced structures, like beams and roofing panels. Not only is the concrete crumbling, but the reinforcement is no more......
