Easter Sunday for the AGM? Seems a very strange date to chose
Probably not ideal, although it's always been the case that "attendance" at the AGM is not really necessary. You can ask questions here in the run-up anyway

I'd originally intended to have the accounts and AGM date published earlier but a prolonged bout of flu put paid to that

What is your intention regarding unclaimed cashback balances, particularly where that is below the £5 threshold for payout?

And from the other thread

Is there any prospect of keeping the forum running even if there is no cashback?
FWIW, I would sacrifice my £4.87 of unclaimed cashback to keep the forum open. But that might only keep it running for an afternoon.

I don't have any plans to close the forum down. Subject to the outcome of the vote, I'll get through the process of settling creditors first and then we'll see what the future holds

Active members with an awarded balance will get paid regardless of whether it's under £5. The idea of an option to donate to charity is interesting, but I'll have to see how practical that is

That's good to hear and was the main reason I asked about the ongoing status of imutual Worldwide Limited.

No reason for Richard not to close imutual down, sell the company assets to himself and then carry on with it ticking over as an individual side hustle. Most of it is automated, it might come back at some point in the future - at the very least, the tech and systems behind it may be of interest to someone. No reason for it (and this forum) to disappear at all.
