I'll sign up once my card arrives next week. This offer should hopefully still be running.

I just tried this. Didn't win anything, but fingers crossed the cashback will track.

I've signed up but when I change the payment method from mastercard to visa it says "Session Expired". I have logged out and back in, cleared cookies but the same problem persists. Got ideas please? I don't have a mastercard only visa. I've emailed them and will see what they say.

Got a reply yesterday:
Dear [XXX],

Thank you for your email.

We sincerely apologise for any problems encountered and inconvenience caused whilst trying to change your payment method on Yipiii.

It appears there was a temporary problem with our gateway system, a slight glitch that we referred to our technical team. They have now informed us that the error you encountered
has just been fixed, so you should now be able to change your payment method successfully.

Please let us know if you encounter any further hinderance and we will do our utmost to assist you, it's important that you have a positive experience on Yipiii.

Please feel free to get in touch at any time with any other questions you may have and of course, we'll be happy to help.

Kind Regards,

Ant
The Yipiii Support Team
I tried it yesterday and it still doesn't work so I emailed them back yesterday. This is what they replied today:
Dear [XXX],

Thank you for your reply.

We wholeheartedly apologise for the problem you are still encountering when trying to change your payment method.

The technical glitch stemmed from a problem that was external to the Yipiii site, originating from the payment system, which is actually separate from our site. Unfortunately, this problem is still persisting with the external payment system at their end, despite us fixing our gateway at our end.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, but can assure you that Yipiii is a lawful and legitimate website and business, adhering to all UK and EU laws - if you would like us to provide you with links referring to the transparency of the site, we'd be more than happy to do so.

If you would like to deactivate your account, we of course will do as you wish, however, we will be more than happy to keep in touch and update you on the situation regarding the situation.

Kind Regards,

Ant
The Yipiii Support Team
Without topping up I can't claim the cashback. What's the best way forward?
