Nah - me auld mammy's recipe - double whiskey, tablespoon of honey, the juice of half a lemon and topped off in a highball glass by hot water - so hot you can only sip. I ate a full lemon when i felt it coming on which i think has helped with the katar. Today i woke up at 12.30 and am feeling much better than yesterday. Before this i hadn't had a cold since April/May so ive done quite well this year but I wash my hands about 20 times a day so thats probably why! P.s I blame expresso because he had it first
