You'll probably find the cashback rate will reduce by 16.67% to compensate?

Cashback is paid excluding VAT & always has been. Why should shares be different?

I think shares need to be calculated on the same basis as cashback, otherwise it's going to be horribly complicated to implement and manage. Cashback is often based on the ex-VAT value of an order and sometimes on the VAT inclusive value; also sometimes P&P and discounts are excluded but again not always; there's a lot of variation!

I am sure you are right. In my experience Cashback is always based on the ex-VAT value of an order. I cant see any reason at all why shares should be awarded any differently.

i just think whoever sets up the system does so as they see fit,
and then the people who use the system accept the terms
