When and how do we get to see the company's accounts?
The accounting reference date for imutual (the date up to which the company produces its annual accounts) is 30 June. A copy of the accounts will made available to shareholders electronically within six months of this date. The AGM will normally be held within six months of the financial year end; shareholders will be sent a notice of AGM at least 14 days before the AGM takes place and the accounts will normally be sent along with this notice.
