What transactions can I submit a claim for and within what timescale?

You can submit a claim if:

1. A transaction has not appeared on your statement within the expected timescale (usually 7-14 days).

2. A transaction appears on your statement but the reward is lower than you expected. You must submit a claim within 4 weeks of the transaction appearing on your statement, and before the status changes from Pending to Awarded

3. A transaction appears as Rejected on your statement and you believe you met all the criteria for earning rewards. You must submit a claim within 4 weeks of the transaction status changing to Rejected.

You need to wait a minimum number of days after the transaction date before submitting a claim for a missing transaction - this period (usually 7-14 days) is indicated by the Claim Days figure shown in the Statistics section underneath the cashback rates.
You then have a 4 week window within which to submit your claim. If you leave it later than this and the form won't allow you to submit your claim, please submit a query; if we think there's still a chance we can get the merchant to investigate your claim, we'll provide you with a special link which will allow you to bypass the normal timescales.
