The system won't let me claim for missing search / comparison cashback

For certain "recurring cashback" offers, such as search or comparison sites, we cannot investigate individuals claims for missing cashback due to the nature of the offer.

We have to deal with a large number of low value transactions for these partner sites. If some or all transactions don't get reported for a particular member, the most likely explanation is that the retailer's anti-fraud systems have (rightly or wrongly) deemed those transactions to be invalid. It really isn't practical for us to contact our partners and ask them to investigate individual cases.

If you are having problems earning cashback from these types of site, try posting the details to our discussion forums, where fellow members may be able to help. We do monitor these forum posts, and if we think there is a general problem we can investigate this with the relevant imutual partner.
