When does my cashback change from Pending to Awarded?
Most transactions get reported to us within 48 hours, though you should allow 14 days for a transaction to appear on your statement. Initially, it will have a status of Pending and the estimated award date will be shown on the right hand side of your statement. This is typically 8-12 weeks after the transaction date, and reflects how long we must wait for the merchant to validate and pay for your transaction.
Once the award date is reached, if the merchant has validated and paid us for your transaction the status will change to Awarded and you can redeem the cashback. Otherwise, it will change to Extended and remain at that status until we hear further from the merchant.
