What does a transaction status of "Capped" mean?

If a transaction appears on your statement with a status of capped, this means that you have exceeded a limit for the number of rewards you can earn with a given merchant.

Limits can be for a certain time period (e.g. one click per day, one quote per week) or indefinite (maximum two free sims per member). The limit is set by us, either due to specific conditions laid down by the merchant (in which case such conditions will normally be stated on the offer) or in order to minimise abuse of 'free' offers.
