Using auto-redeem to automate future payments
Our auto-redeem feature allows you to receive future cashback automatically, without having to login to the payments screen. At present, this feature is only available for the BACS and Cashback Investment Club payment methods.
When you login to the payments screen and request a payment by one of the above methods, you will see a box on the form entitled "Auto-redeem". Enter a minimum amount in pounds and pence (greater than zero), and we will automatically pay you using the same account details once your awarded balance reaches this amount.
Each Monday, we check your awarded balance and if it's equal to our greater than the minimum auto-redeem amount that you've specified, it triggers the auto-redeem feature. We automatically create a payment request for your total balance using the latest account details you specified.
If you want to cancel auto-redeem at any time, just submit a new payment request and enter a zero value in the Auto-redeem box.
