- MoneySuperMarket Car Insurance cashback transactions are limited to 2 per calendar year.
- Cashback transactions should be confirmed in your imutual account within 90 - 180 days of your policy purchase date. Please note that it can take a further 2-3 months for the payment to be processed before cashback is withdrawable from your account. Quotes that don't convert into a policy will be automatically declined after 150 days of being generated
- Cashback will only be paid if we are able to link your purchase to the imutual website. This means that you must click the imutual link, go straight through to the MoneySuperMarket website, generate a brand-new quote and make your purchase immediately in the same session and without exiting your internet browser. For the avoidance of doubt, cashback will not be paid if a 'saved quote' is purchased. A 'saved quote' is held in the quote history section of your MoneySuperMarket account for you to return to at a later date. Unfortunately, cashback will not be paid if you purchase a saved quote or edit a saved quote even if it has been generated on the same day you wish to purchase insurance from MoneySuperMarket via imutual.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- Purchases must be completed via the online journey and any purchases via MoneySuperMarket Apps will not be eligible for cashback.
- Cashback will only be paid to members who have BACS as their registered imutual payment method.
- Cashback will initially track at £0.00 in your imutual account and uplift on validation.
- If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before cashback is deposited in your imutual account, then you will not be eligible to receive cashback.
- In the event of any queries about your cashback please contact imutual Customer Support as the insurer or MoneySuperMarket will be unable to deal with this type of query. MoneySuperMarket Car Insurance Cashback is available through imutual on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.
- MoneySuperMarket Car Insurance cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal.
- This programme is being monitored. imutual members transacting fraudulently with this retailer will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.
